    Hi Nick!

    I like your Redesign very much! Looks cool! But would you be so kind and release your previous phoenix theme in your freebies section or on smashing magazine? Maybe as a gift to your fans?

    Wish you merry christmas and a happy new year!

    Despite the fact this is a. A comic b. focused on design- it still mirrors the frustration that is felt by Internet professionals working for clients.

    Sad but true. Some people love Comic Sans and stuff like it. They all should be killed, don’t you think? ;)

  16. Dec 26, 2009 @ 19:49:39

    I don’t get it..He kills himself because his design is really good but took much time? o-o;

  17. Dec 27, 2009 @ 23:57:05

    its may sound funny when reading it like this;
    but that’s exactly what happened to me not too long ago -.- worst bit was after changing so many stuffs; payment was not made; the client canceled out on me

    I didn’t find this funny at all. It hit a little to close to home. I did like the picture of the client drawing with the designer… that was hilarious.

  26. Jan 25, 2010 @ 02:51:52

    I knew this was gonna be hilarious when I realized it was from The Oatmeal. This comic is so true, it’s sad. A company I had worked for previously actually set a limit of three revisions in the contract because of clients like this.
