WordPress Theme Option Coder

I’m looking for a WordPress developer to code a theme option page for the Notepad theme where users can customize the social media buttons, change background color/image, and exclude page IDs in the navigation. Since the theme is released free under GPL, this is an unpaid job. However, credit links will be provided in the theme’s style.css and on my blog posts & theme page. Simple enough to do, unless you want those to only show if the end-user wants them to work.
One of the other designblogs had a list of all the theme options tuts and frameworks out there just posted yesterday.

Great looking theme – a couple of things I’d like to see: (1) option to put post titles in the tags on post pages (which means getting the blog title out of the tags on these), (2) move content ahead of sidebar in the page rendering. Good luck!
